APPLICATION Preschool
The preschool program offers an environment that encourages the development of the whole child while fostering a sense of independence, responsibility, and self-control. Classroom routine is built around a predictable schedule that provides security and stability for children.
Programs Hours:
Half-day preschool hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Full-day preschool hours: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. OR 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Each classroom varies in size from 15 to 17 children. Every classroom has a lead teacher and teacher assistant. The School for Young Children offers families options for a 3-day MWF, 4-day M-TH or 5-day schedule.
